Policies
The terms that apply to appointments, deposits and training reservations at both studios. Booking a service means agreeing to the policies below.
Studio policies
Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment or on the same day will result in the loss of your deposit. A new deposit will be required to book another appointment.
A $20 deposit is required to secure your appointment. Your deposit is applied toward the total cost of your service. Deposits are non-refundable for same-day cancellations, late cancellations, or missed appointments.
We offer a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled to avoid affecting the appointments scheduled after you. In this case, your deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to rebook.
All services are non-refundable. If you experience any concerns with your service, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment. We will assess the issue and, when appropriate, provide a complimentary touch-up or adjustment.
A deposit is required to reserve all 1:1 training sessions. Because training dates are personally scheduled and reserved exclusively for each student, your selected training date is only considered confirmed and secured once the deposit has been received.
